At Herzog Steel, we ensure our structural steel products, including steel channels, are free from impurities that could cause rust.
Our Agtos Shot Blasting Machine, equipped with a roller conveyor system to handle heavy beams, minimizes worker handling and efficiently cleans the materials.
Once cleaned by the Agtos blasting machine, the products are either sent to the fabrication area for further welding work or to the paint spray booth for a standard coat of paint.
Utilising specialised transport trolleys, larger fabricated items are directed to our two-story bay for abrasive grit blasting.
